NEMOREUS – Orcunadoras
I Nemoreus sono una band folk-metal austriaca composta da sei membri e Orcunadoras è il loro attesissimo secondo album, originariamente pubblicato come quattro EP.
La band si conferma come interessante fenomeno metal che riesce a coniugare panorami nordici, suoni folk con una complessa trama di flauto, violino e bouzouki. La voce prevalentemente inglese di Fabian Zechmeister è pulita e mai fuori dalle righe, intriganti i cori di The demon inside, i giochi vocali su The travelling warrior e davvero ben riuscita la Into the Dawnlight” che presenta la voce ospite di Alexandra Kastrinakis di Daedric Tales, davvero brava. L’album è piacevole e i vari strumenti si fondono molto bene assieme, il growl non è mai debordante e diventa evidente solo nella conclusiva What You Can’t Show You Must Hide che passa da momenti epici ad altri aggressivi con decisi cambi di ritmo.
