CROWNE – Kings In The North
Un supergruppo proveniente dalla Svezia con Alexander Strandell, voce proveniente dagli Art Nation, con Jona Tee, chitarrista anche degli H.E.A.T., con Christian Lundqvist, batterista de Poodles e con John Levén bassista dei più noti Europe. Insieme creano “Kings In The North”, un album dove l’hard rock melodico e l’AOR regnano sovrani. “Kings In The North” è la title track, hard rock melodico di alti livelli e “Perceval” è hard’n’heavy più veloce e trascinante e con un ritornello molto avvolgente e ancora “Sharoline”, sempre in linea con i due brani precedenti, belle atmosfere e melodie e “Unbreakable” e “Mad World”, due brani simili che esprimono tutte le potenzialità di questa nuova band. Chiudono il cd l’impetuosità di “Cross To Bear” e le melodie sofferte della ballad “Save From Myself”. Kings In The North? Forse no, forse è un’esagerazione, ma sicuramente portano alto la classe dell’hard rock scandinavo.
